1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bici Zone AI governing your access to and use of the Bici Zone AI application and related services. By clicking "I Agree," downloading, installing, or using the App in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not access or use the App. These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Notice.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
By accepting these Terms and using the App, you expressly represent and confirm that: you are at least eighteen (18) years of age; you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms; you are not prohibited by applicable law from using the App; and all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete. The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18.
3. Medical Disclaimer and Health Advisory
You must consult a licensed physician or qualified medical professional before starting any training program suggested by this application. AI-generated Training Content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience chest pain, irregular heartbeat, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, fainting, nausea, unusual pain, or any other concerning symptoms.
4. Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise and athletic training involve inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury, serious bodily harm, disability, and death. By using the App you voluntarily assume all such risks, including musculoskeletal injuries, cardiovascular events, respiratory distress, environmental injuries, falls and collisions, overtraining, exacerbation of pre-existing conditions, and death. AI-generated recommendations may contain errors or be inappropriate for your circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability and Release
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bici Zone AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any personal injury, bodily harm, disability, or death arising out of your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated Training Content. You release and covenant not to sue the Released Parties from any claims arising from your use of the App or participation in any training program suggested by the App.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages and costs arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the App, your participation in any training activity, or your violation of any law.
7. User Account and Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, accept responsibility for activities under your account, notify us of unauthorized access, not share your account, and comply with applicable laws. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the health information you input into the App.
8. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
AI-generated content is probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate, or safe for your circumstances. Artificial intelligence can make mistakes, produce incorrect or incomplete recommendations, and generate outputs that do not reflect reality ("hallucinations"). You must be aware that the App's suggestions are automated and may be wrong. Always evaluate every recommendation against your physical condition, training history, and common sense, and disregard any content that seems unsafe, excessive, or inappropriate. Bici Zone AI is not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on AI-generated content.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, its software, algorithms, content, trademarks and generated Training Content are owned by or licensed to Bici Zone AI. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
10. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You authorize recurring automatic charges and agree to pay all applicable subscription fees and taxes. Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Changes to These Terms

14. Miscellaneous
