Directly: account registration data (name, email, date of birth, password); health and fitness profile (age, weight, height, sex, fitness level, training history, goals); health information voluntarily disclosed; payment information processed by third-party providers; communications.

Generated through use: training activity data, AI interaction data, device and technical data, usage data, and location data (with permission).

Sensitive data: The App processes special categories of sensitive personal data, including health and fitness information, solely to generate personalized training plans. By entering this information you provide explicit consent.

Service delivery (account, AI training plans, analytics, payments, communications); app improvement and AI development (using aggregated, de-identified data); safety and legal compliance; and marketing only where you have opted in.

Contract performance, legitimate interests, consent (for sensitive health data and marketing), and legal obligation.

We may use aggregated and de-identified fitness and usage data to improve our AI models. We will not use your identifiable health information to train AI models without your explicit, separate consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share with service providers, third-party integrations you connect (Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Wahoo, etc.), in business transfers, and when required by law.

We retain personal data while your account is active. Upon deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is legally required. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

Industry-standard technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure.

The App is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Contact privacy@[yourdomain].com if you believe a minor has provided us personal information.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact privacy@[yourdomain].com to exercise these rights.

California residents have additional rights including the right to know, delete, opt out of sale/sharing (we do not sell), and non-discrimination.

Your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries, including the United States. Where required we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use cookies and similar technologies to authenticate users, analyze usage, and improve our services. Manage preferences through your browser or device settings.

The App may integrate with third-party services (Strava, Garmin, Wahoo, Apple Health). We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Notice from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the Effective Date and communicated through the App or by email.
